Are pets or support animals allowed?
It depends on the unit and its description. Approved ESA or service animals are accepted with no additional fees or security deposit.
Can I apply online?
Yes. Applications are online, and one application remains valid for 60 days.
Is Spanish support available?
Yes. Call (920) 412-7773 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, to speak with Luis or Estefani.
How can rent be paid?
Payment options include the tenant portal, online card payment, barcode payment at participating local retailers, and mail-in check or money order.
What about occupancy questions?
Occupancy depends on what the municipality allows and the ages and number of proposed occupants. The office can review the details with you.
